RWR will never be how long you can run. How fast you can run. Nah. We aint bout those stats. We bout that heart and will. Life is not a sprint. Its a marathon. Excited for us to join together on our walks, jogs, runs, rows, aerobics, dances, whatever you do to push yourself past your emotional and physical comfort zone.

Life tests us all the time. We need to learn that we got that extra gear, that strength to push past those difficult times. RWR is all about finding that something extra special in all of us. You got to believe you can do it. RWR is bout testing your belief in yourself.
