November is supposed to be the month of Gratitude. Many of us think though November is more about pumpkin pie, green bean casserole, and good football. This November we are having an ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE. Everyday in November we’re focusing on the things that we are grateful for. The things we have rather than the things we don’t have. Our focus will be more on the positive rather than the negative. We hope you’ll join us in the Attitude of Gratitude challenge.

THE CHALLENGE

Everyday in November, write down three things that you are grateful for. Post your pictures and videos of what you are grateful for on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. Tag @midwestanxiety and use #mwaattitudeofgratitude so we can cheer you on.
